You may have postponed some basic medical care for yourself or others in your family because of the COVID-19 pandemic. For children, that may mean missed vaccinations and milestone checkups. Or, you may have missed appointments to monitor asthma, diabetes or other serious health conditions.

If so, now is a good time to call your health care provider and reschedule any care you’ve missed.

If you’re worried about COVID-19, it’s good to know there are several ways you can connect with our health care providers, including: 

  • In person. Call 503-325-4321 and ask for your clinic or provider to make an appointment. We can tell you about the safety measures we have in place to protect our patients from exposure to COVID-19.
  • By computer. If you have an internet-connected device with a webcam, you can schedule a virtual visit at
