Still delaying care?

TELEHEALTH VISITS AT CMH

Take advantage of these options

You may have postponed some basic medical care for yourself or others in your family because of the COVID-19 pandemic. For children, that may mean missed vaccinations and milestone checkups. Or, you may have missed appointments to monitor asthma, diabetes or other serious health conditions.

If so, now is a good time to call your health care provider and reschedule any care you’ve missed.

If you’re worried about COVID-19, it’s good to know there are several ways you can connect with our health care providers, including:

  • In person. Call 503-325-4321 and ask for your clinic or provider to make an appointment. We can tell you about the safety measures we have in place to protect our patients from exposure to COVID-19.
  • By computer. If you have an internet-connected device with a webcam, you can schedule a virtual visit at columbiamemorial.org/services/telehealth.
  • By phone. Your provider can call you by appointment. Call 503-325-4321 and ask for your clinic or provider to set up a visit.
  • By email. You can send a message through our patient portal. Log in at bit.ly/3c9MMKe.

CMH wants you and your family to be healthy and safe. Routine care is an important part of that, so don’t put it off any longer. Get back on track as soon as you can — you make the call, and we can provide the care. Don’t forget that we are all Safer Together.
