Addiction Treatment

If you or a loved one are suffering from addiction to heroin or prescription opioid drugs, please contact Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare.

With the assistance of CMH Primary Care, Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare provides medication-assisted treatment to treat opioid addiction. In this program, you will participate in individual and group therapy, while taking FDA-approved Suboxone to ease withdrawal symptoms.

Urgent Care

When you are sick or injured and need care quickly, come to one of the CMH Urgent Care locations in Warrenton and Astoria to see a doctor. Your urgent care provider will be able to review your entire CMH medical record, and evaluate your current condition in light of your medical history.

The CMH Primary Care Clinic is co-located with CMH Urgent Care–Warrenton. Our doctors and nursing staff offer urgent care services daily, 9:00am-6:30pm. Urgent care services are also available at the CMH Health & Wellness Pavilion in Astoria Monday through Friday, 9:00am-6:30pm, and Saturday, 9:00am-5:30pm.
