Eating well leads to healthier living

Medical Nutrition Therapy

Medical nutrition therapy is helpful to people of all ages who are living with a wide range of conditions, including food allergies, trouble with weight gain or weight loss, cancer, kidney conditions, and more.

Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) employs registered dietitians (also called RDs) who specialize in diabetes education, weight management, pediatrics, eating disorders, allergies and intolerance, cancers, and heart health.

  • One-on-One Nutrition Education: Meet with a registered dietitian to learn more about how food affects you and your unique health needs.
  • Nutrition Counseling and Goal Setting: We understand that even when you know what you “should do” to improve your diet, it can be difficult to figure out how to put that know-how into action. Our registered dietitians will work with you to understand your goals and personal situation. Then together you will develop a nutrition plan that supports your wellness goals.
