Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Scholarship from CMH

CNA at CMH

Laurie Kautz is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at CMH.

Students enrolled at Clatsop Community College eligible for funding

Columbia Memorial Hospital is offering two scholarships that will pay for tuition and books to attend the CNA I training program at Clatsop Community College (CCC) for the Summer 2021 course.

If you have always wanted to become a CNA, here is your opportunity! Complete the scholarship application and return it to Kelly Cope, Acute Care Services Nurse Manager, by Thursday, April 29, 2021. The packet can be emailed to kcope@columbiamemorial.org or dropped off at the CMH Human Resources office.

The goal of the scholarship is to assist individuals in pursuing Oregon CNA licensure. Upon completion and successful passing of the Oregon CNA licensing exam, scholarship recipients are eligible to apply for open CNA positions at CMH. If the scholarship recipient does not pass the Oregon CNA licensing exam at the completion of the course, the scholarship funds may not be awarded.
