At CMH Rehabilitation, it’s our goal to ensure our clients are taken care of and receive the Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy services they need. Our therapists work full-time, and many precautions have been put into place to provide a safe and healthy environment for our clients.

The Physical Therapy program has been growing steadily since we reopened in May 2020. With expert knowledge in spinal manipulation, pain management and physical exercise and training, our PTs will guide clients to recovery and greater quality of life. We have a strong team of therapists who specialize in: 

  • Orthopedic surgery recovery
  • Sports-related injuries
  • Trauma to the musculoskeletal system
  • Vertigo/balance issues
  • Neurological deficits (CVA, TBI, Parkinson’s)
  • Gait/mobility abnormalities
  • Pelvic health
  • Chronic pain
  • Endurance and strengthening programs
  • Pediatric physical therapy

Our two full-time Occupational Therapists are ready to help clients return to independent and safe participation in life skills. They offer treatment for lymphedema and hand issues, providing expertise in:

  • Arthritis
  • Splinting
  • Post-surgical and hand injuries
  • Pediatric issues
  • Neurological deficits (visual and perceptual deficits, TBI, CVA, Parkinson’s, cognitive issues)
  • Home assessments
  • Balance/functional mobility issues
  • Any ADL or IADL limitations due to injury or other medial/behavior health conditions

Finally, we have a strong Speech Therapy department with a variety of skills to help anyone from children through adults engage in a quality life. They are continuing to build programs for cancer-related speech, swallowing and cognitive deficits, and they are specialists with:

  • Pediatric swallowing, feeding, cognitive and speech/language issues
  • Treatment and guidance for parents/schools with autistic and developmental delayed children
  • Concussion, TBI or neurological conditions that result in cognition changes
  • Strengthening programs for oral motor and swallowing processes
  • Adaptive device assessment for communication
