When CMH started planning for a Seaside expansion, it was important to ensure we would serve the health needs of the community and represent its unique interests with the clinic’s design and feel. We are thrilled to announce details about our new clinic and share about the experience patients can expect.
For years, we have heard from the community that primary care access is limited. In the last two years, CMH has hired seven primary care providers. In Seaside, we’re adding two more who will begin seeing patients in March. Our urgent care clinic there will be open seven days a week.
In addition, CMH women’s health providers will rotate to Seaside, and Adam Bingham, DPM, will provide podiatry services beginning in March. Later, we plan to add pediatrics and other specialties, such as general surgery, orthopedics and cardiology. Patients will also be able to obtain lab tests and imaging services, such as x-rays and ultrasounds, when needed. The CMH Community Pharmacy next door makes it easy for patients to see providers and fill prescriptions in one visit.
All design work, including finishes, artwork, lighting and furniture selection, has been done with CMH’s Planetree philosophy in mind. We are excited to show off our new clinic and serve the health needs of the Seaside Community.
