I was a newspaper delivery girl, clinic manager for a dental clinic and a Certified Nursing Assistant.
What does person-centered care mean to you?
It means treating all the needs of the patient and not just the diagnosis.
What brought you to the community and/or why do you enjoy living here?
I was born and raised in Astoria
What are your hobbies?
I love hanging with my family, hiking, working outside and cooking.
What is your greatest accomplishment?
Being a working mother/wife
What did you want to be when you grew up?
What is your favorite thing about working in the Women’s Center or Pediatric Clinic?
I love the innocence of children. No matter what day I’m having or how I’m feeling, seeing a child’s smile brightens my day!
