Kelli Brenden: 25 years at CMH

Kelli Brenden began her career at CMH as a Business Office Clerk in what was known as the Business Office in 1993. She held that position for two years before transitioning to a Payroll

 position in Accounting. In 1998, she moved to the Human Resources department. Since then, Kelli has been a stable force for HR support to managers. She has served as the Interim Human Resources Manager through several transitions and now has accepted the position permanently. 

Kelli is known for establishing excellent working relationships with caregivers, union stewards and managers. She has led the organization through union bargaining contract negotiations and has provided the expertise in employee benefits for almost 20 years. She is often seen as a mentor to the other managers, supporting them in difficult personnel-related issues. Caregivers trust Kelli, which is important in her position. She is always mindful of the organization’s overall mission and demonstrates the Promise of Excellence in her work every day.

Kelli stays busy with her two “grommets,” Brody and Chloe Belle, and her husband, Beau. Her favorite activities are anything associated with the beach, rockhounding, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
