Dr. Pehr Hartvigson joined CMH in August 2019 as a new radiation oncologist in the CMH-OHSU Knight Cancer Collaborative.
Before coming to CMH, Dr. Hartvigson completed his residency in radiation oncology and medical school at the University of Washington. Between medical school and his residency, he also completed an intern year in internal medicine through the University of Washington in Boise, Idaho. In addition to his medical degree, he has a bachelor's degree in biology from Brigham Young University in Utah.
Dr. Hartvigson is from a small town in rural Alaska and aims to care for patients in the Cancer Collaborative like he would take care of his friends and family. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking and locavoring (sourcing food locally). He is married, with a toddler keeping him and his wife very busy.
The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions asked of patients in our nationally-recognized National Research Council Survey. Patients who are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score. Learn more about how star ratings are generated.
