Kelley Crusius, MSN, FNP-C joined CMH as a nurse practitioner in medical oncology in August 2019.
Before coming to CMH, Kelley worked as a nurse practitioner for Samaritan Hematology/Oncology Consultants in Corvallis, Oregon. Her RN experience includes care of the critically ill pre- and post-surgical patient from a multitude of specialties, including level I trauma, neurosurgery, abdominal transplant, surgical oncology and gynecology. She was previously employed at the University of Arizona Cancer Center as an infusion nurse, responsible for the administration and monitoring of complex chemotherapy regimens, as well as 1:1 chemotherapy education.
Kelley has a bachelor's degree in nursing from Arizona State University and earned her MSN with an FNP concentration from Northern Arizona University. Professional areas of interest include hematology, oncology and palliative care.
Kelley enjoys hiking, swimming, reading and spending time with her husband and children.
