Wendy Hovden, MSN, APRN, NP-C is a full-time family nurse practitioner in the CMH Urgent Care Clinics.
Wendy completed her Master of Science in nursing from Walden University with a family nurse practitioner track. She received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Oregon Health & Science University.
Prior to working at CMH, Wendy spent 17 years living and working as a nurse in Anchorage, Alaska, primarily in acute and critical care. Her medical interests include preventative cardiovascular care and management of immediate healthcare needs.
Wendy grew up in and attended school in Astoria before moving to begin nursing training. She enjoys being outside, biking, camping, doing yoga and spending time with her husband and two children.
