Dr. Anna Hemphill joined the CMH Primary Care Clinic in January 2018. She is a board-certified family medicine physician.
Dr. Hemphill holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in psychology from Eastern Illinois University (Charleston, Ill.), and one in molecular and cellular biology from Boise (Idaho) State University. She completed medical school and a family medicine residency at Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland.
Since completing her residency in 2014, Dr. Hemphill has provided on-going temporary locum coverage at several rural facilities in Oregon. Her medical interests include medical care of underserved and marginalized populations, behavioral health, women’s health and evidence-based inpatient medicine.
Outside of work Dr. Hemphill enjoys traveling internationally, visiting National Parks, camping and hiking, reading, learning Spanish and container gardening.
