Chad Rankin joined CMH Rehabilitation Services as a certified athletic trainer in August 2011. He has a bachelor's degree in kinesiology the University of Pittsburgh and a master's degree in kinesiology and health promotion from the University of Kentucky.
Rankin specializes in athletic training and is also a Basic Life Support (BLS) instructor.
CMH donates Rankin’s time and services as an athletic trainer to Clatsop County schools at no cost to the districts.
He conducts ImPACT Concussion Assessment training for the area schools and is available by phone for the coaches and parents even when he can’t be there in person. He is also a great role model for the student athletes.
