Board-certified OB/GYN Dr. Allison Snyder joined the CMH Women’s Center in early December 2020.

Dr. Snyder moved from Scottsdale, Arizona, where she worked in a private obstetrics and gynecology practice with her father for the past six years. She earned her medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine in Missouri and completed her Phoenix Integrated Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Joseph’s Hospital/Maricopa Medical Center in Arizona.

Dr. Snyder is fluent in English and Spanish. She has enjoyed working with her father and learning from his 40 years of experience in the field. Areas of special medical interest include minimally invasive laparoscopic gynecological surgery, low and high risk pregnancies, postpartum depression and anxiety, lactation education, treatment of endometriosis, vulvar conditions and contraception.

When she isn’t working, Dr. Snyder enjoys any time with her family, including her husband, Shane, and three hilarious kids. They like to hike, camp, rock climb and spend lots of time outdoors.
