This program is a national evidence-based community exercise and nutrition program targeted to midlife and older women.
The program assists women in maintaining muscle mass, strength and function. It is easy and fun!
We have mats and weights, but you are welcome to bring your own. Wear comfortable clothes, non-marking supportive shoes, and bring a water bottle.
This class meets weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 9-weeks.
No class the week of March 1st.
Registration is required.
