Strong Women. Strong Bones. (6-Week Series)


This program is a national evidence-based community exercise program targeted to midlife and older women.  The program assists women in maintaining muscle mass, strength and function.  It is easy and fun!

We have mats and weights, but you are welcome to bring your own.  Wear comfortable clothes, non-marking supportive shoes, and bring a water bottle.

This class meets weekly on Tuesdays & Thursdays.  No class the weeks of 8/3 and 8/10.
