Bond with Your Baby Through Infant Massage (5-Class Series) – POSTPONED

Infant massage supports secure bonding, physical and mental development, relaxation, respect and communication with your baby.  It helps improve sleep quality for both baby and parents and helps parents adapt to parenthood, giving them confidence in their parenting abilities.  Infant massage may also help provide babies with relief from gas or colic.

Learn how to do infant massage with your baby through a class from Columbia memorial Hospital.  The aim of this class series is not only to teach a whole-body infant massage routine, but to promote a culture of support and acceptance among parents and caregivers of infants.

Class instructor and certified educator of infant massage, Heather Robinson, has been a doctor of physical therapy for six-years and a licensed massage therapist for 12-years.  She is an adult and pediatric physical therapist at CMH.

The classes are open to parents or caregivers and their babies (birth to 12-months).

This class meets weekly on Fridays.  No class on April 24.

$50.00 for the whole 5-class series or $10.00 per class if you can't make the whole series.

Contact Heather Robinson, DPT, LMT for more information at or 503-338-7555.
