We will use meditative practices to understand our natural gifts of breath, thought, imagination, intuition, and understanding in order to enhance our health & well-being.
Contemplation, centering, grounding & movement will be used to create balance of body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
Develop skills to:

Drop in, no registration needed.
