We will use meditative practices to understand our natural gifts of breath, thought, imagination, intuition, and understanding in order to enhance our health & well-being.

Contemplation, centering, grounding & movement will be used to create balance of body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

Develop skills to:

  • ENHANCE well-being
  • GAIN clarity
  • ENGAGE in/be more present in our daily lives
  • UNDERSTAND how our habits affect our health
  • COPE with stress and chronic effects of trauma

Open to those interested in developing skills to enhance health.
