I have spent the past year visiting civic groups and meeting with community leaders to talk about the soon-to-be opened CMH Medical Group — Seaside. The question I am most often asked is, “Why Seaside?”
The answer is pretty simple — because there’s a need, and CMH can fill it.
Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) and the CMH Medical Group already serve thousands of patients a year from Gearhart, Seaside, Cannon Beach and even farther south. These folks often take extra time off from work or away from their families to travel to CMH for care. By opening a clinic in Seaside, we hope to make taking care of your health easier and more convenient.
The Seaside clinic will offer a wide variety of services in one location, including a medical clinic, lab and imaging services, and the CMH Community Pharmacy. It will be open seven days a week, with early morning and evening hours. Plus the Community Pharmacy will offer prescription delivery throughout Seaside.
Please join me for this issue of CMH Health Compass to meet Seaside’s favorite pharmacist, Jeff Chow, and some of the local artists who are helping to create an uplifting and healing environment in the new clinic.
