If you need emergent or non-elective care and don’t have health insurance, CMH offers several options to help. To start the process, you must complete a Financial Assistance Application and give proof of your income.
Within 30 days of receiving your complete application, CMH will tell you how much financial assistance you qualify for. The amount of assistance you receive depends on your household’s total income before tax, which is called gross family income.
Call 503-338-7530 or 1-800-962-2407 and ask to speak to a financial counselor. They will evaluate your eligibility for various Local and State Programs, including Oregon Health Plan/Medicaid.
